With this statement we wouldlike to demonstrate our commitment to customer privacy and security and what practices Polar uses concerning the collection and use of personal information on the polarsoftware.com Site, Polar Shop, or all other Polar owned, operated,licensed or controlled Sites (collectively the “Site(s)”) as well as personal information collected by Polar via alternate business channels such as telephone calls, trades shows, conferences, or from our partners.

Polar reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy in its reasonable discretion from time to time. All updates will be published and we will revise the “last updated” date at the bottom of the Privacy Policy. Collecting information

When you visit our Site(s), Polar collects your information in order to record and support your participation in the activities you select.
We may also use the information to contact customers to further discuss customer interest in our company, and to send information regarding our company or partners, such as promotions and events.
All financial and billing information that we collect through our Site(s) and the products and services we provide are used only to bill the products and services. Polar does not use this billing information for marketing or promotional purposes.

Polar does not distribute or share customer email addresses and any personal customer information with third parties, except if it may be required by law.

Polar has security measures in place to help protect against the loss and misuse of the data under Polar control. When you access our Site(s), the SSL technology integrated in the web browser, protects information using both server authentication and data encryption to help ensure data is safe, secure and available only to you. Polar also implements an advanced security method based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications and hosts the services in a secure server environment using preventing interference or access from outside intruders.
