  2. Which version of SQL server are you running?
  3. Which version of .NET Framework you have installed?
  4. Which version of Polar Help Desk you have installed?
  5. Which browser are you using to access Polar Help Desk?

In case the issue you are reporting is referring to the email integration feature, please include the answers to the following:

  1. Which version of Polar Help Desk you have installed?
  2. Are you accessing POP server through proxy or is the server machine directly connected to internet?
  3. Do you use MS Exchange Server (for e-mail sending and/or receiving)?
  4. Do you receive e-mails in the waiting list (Help Desk Desktop – e-mails) or you do not receive them at all?
  5. Does Polar Help Desk Scheduler throws any exceptions in Windows Event Viewer? To access Windows Event Viewer go to Start->Run and type Eventvwr.
