Online ordering
Online system for ordering has many advantages over other forms of ordering because it provides simpler, faster and permanent access to the products you purchase, as well as time saving order processing.
Step one – place your order
By clicking on any “Buy Now” button on the web site, you will be brought to the purchase page of the respective product, or you can go to the products page where all Polar products are listed and pick the one you need.
Choose the right license and complete the order form. If you have received a claim code from us, use it to claim your discounted price.
Step two – download the product
Soon after you will receive confirmation emails containing the download instructions and the invoice for your purchase.
Now you can download the software!
Step three – start using it
Launch the file to install the product (and if necessary use the appropriate licensing key to activate the software).
Proforma invoice
It is an official price quote that allows the customer to present the proforma invoice to their accounting department and to arrange a prepayment. It is most commonly requested by customers pre-paying orders via bank money transfer before shipping an order. It is used by customers to formalize the terms of sale (price, shipping, F.O.B. location, shipping date, etc.) and properly allocate and/or transfer the funds needed for the purchase.
Step one – request the proforma invoice or a quotation

- name of the product you are ordering
- number of licenses you are ordering
Step two – make the payment
You will receive the proforma invoice within one business day.
Make your payment with a credit card or bank transfer.
Step three – download the product

What shall I receive after payment?
You will receive a confirmation email with download instructions (i.e. login information). After you have logged in, you will be able to download the software and the license key. In case of any Polar software component purchase there is no licence key available since you do not need one to activate the software.

What about your return and refund policy?
